Business broadband
A practical service for offices that need dependable day-to-day access, sensible support, and room to grow.
Priority service / Connectivity
Business broadband, leased lines and resilient connectivity designed, delivered and supported so the connection your business runs on is never the weak point.
Why connectivity is now business-critical
Cloud applications, Microsoft 365, digital voice, video, remote access, CCTV and payment systems all run over the internet connection. A connection that was adequate two years ago is now a single point of failure.
We assess what your business actually consumes, then design a connection that holds up under peak demand — with a clear plan for installation, support, and what happens when the primary service is unavailable.
What's included
01
A practical service for offices that need dependable day-to-day access, sensible support, and room to grow.
02
Dedicated bandwidth with clearer performance expectations for busy or operationally critical sites.
03
Full-fibre options assessed against availability, installation requirements, capacity, and the building.
04
Symmetric access and an SLA where your cloud, voice, payments, CCTV, or remote work needs a stronger foundation.
05
4G/5G, dual-WAN, diverse routing, and a tested fallback plan to reduce the cost of one connection going down.
06
Connectivity for offices, warehouses, industrial sites, and growing teams — including upgrades that make the next phase possible.
Who it's for
Teams adding people, cloud services, video calls, and devices faster than the current connection can comfortably handle.
Offices and warehouses that need consistent access, sensible handoffs, and a plan for the way sites connect.
Sites where CCTV, payments, remote access, alarms, or production dependencies make resilience more than a nice-to-have.
Teams planning a move, the PSTN switch-off, a cloud transition, a Wi-Fi upgrade, or a more dependable working setup.
Before you order
A good service order is only the beginning. We coordinate the carrier, site access, handoff, internal network, testing, failover and handover so the connection is usable when it goes live.
The PSTN switch-off deadline is 31 January 2027. If your phone service still depends on traditional lines, connectivity and digital voice should be planned together.
Why us / 4-step process
We connect the carrier conversation to cabling, firewalls, Wi-Fi, phone systems, Microsoft 365, and support so the handoff does not become your problem.
We review the site, current service, contract, usage, business impact, and what a sensible fallback needs to do.
You get a clear comparison of options, lead times, service expectations, resilience, and the work required around the connection.
We coordinate installation, handoff, failover testing, documentation, and a useful handover for the people who will run it.
We explain the finished setup, record what matters, and stay available as your sites, services, and usage change.
Standards / expectations
Carrier availability, wayleaves, civils, surveys, building access, and installation slots can affect delivery. We will set out realistic lead times and uptime expectations, explain what the service-level commitment does and does not cover, and test the connection and any failover before handover.

Questions, answered
A leased line is worth considering when cloud work, voice, payments, CCTV, remote access, or customer-facing operations cannot tolerate contention or an uncertain fix time. We will compare the options against how your business actually works.
Business broadband can be the right fit for many sites, but it is normally contended and often asymmetric. Dedicated internet access provides a dedicated, symmetric service with clearer performance commitments and an SLA, which can matter for busy or operationally critical sites.
Yes. We can plan dual-WAN failover with a 4G or 5G backup, and consider diverse routing or a second provider where the risk and site layout justify it. The goal is a tested fallback, not a spare service nobody has checked.
Yes. We can help plan internet access across offices, warehouses, and remote teams, then join the design to VPN, SD-WAN, cloud services, Wi-Fi, and voice requirements.
The UK PSTN switch-off deadline is 31 January 2027. Traditional analogue and ISDN services need a digital voice replacement, and that makes a resilient IP connection an important part of the change.
